1. What types of party hats do you sell? We offer a wide range of party hats, including classic cone hats, birthday hats, novelty animal hats, and themed designs for holidays and special occasions. Our collection is curated for both kids and adults, so you’re sure to find the perfect hat for your next celebration.
2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping, which takes 7-14 business days and costs $15. Please note that orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, return shipping is free, and we’ll guide you through the process.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you have any issues, just reach out to our support team.
6. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel, but you can always return the item once it arrives.
7. Are your party hats safe for children? Absolutely! We prioritize safety, and all our hats are made from non-toxic, child-friendly materials. They are designed to be comfortable and safe for kids to wear, with no sharp edges or small parts that could be a choking hazard.
